The Maas (Meuse) is a river from France to the Northsea, When the Maas arrives in The Netherlands the landscape is typical Dutch with small fiels bordered with hedgerows. Heg is the Dutch word for hedgerow. Thats why they named this landscape "Maasheggen".
Thanks for teaching me something new. Lovely picture. The previous ones i missed are also very good ones.
